The following terms and conditions apply to all the users and customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with BidBid.co.uk hereinafter referred to as “www.bidbid.co.uk," us" or “we”, at the www.bidbid.co.uk website or mobile website.
This page sets out the terms and conditions on which www.bidbid.co.uk products / services on its website for purchase online. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase using the website. The products /services on at a particular time do not warrant that these products / services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time.

BidBid.co.uk is an auction website that offers a unique way of placing bids and how to be the winning bidder and based in United Kingdom.

PRICES:
The prices along with the products are available on our website. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time without prior notice. Pricing can change based on our discretion at any time we deem necessary.
SERVICES:
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of business reputation, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss, resulting from: (i) the services (ii) the results of the services (iii) the use or the inability to use the services; (iv) any changes which we may make to the services, or any permanent or temporary termination of the services; (v) or any other matter relating to the services.
PRODUCTS:
BidBid may in its sole discretion offer select products for direct purchase through the www.bidbid.co.uk. BidBid reserves the right in its sole discretion to limit the number of products per user that may be purchased through the www.bidbid.co.uk. Products offered through at www.bidbid.co.uk are brand-new, unless specifically stated.
ONLINE BIDDING POLICY:
Registered users shall only be allowed to place an online bid after the bidding has been purchased. The prices for the bidding packages (also called Bid Vouchers) can be seen in “My Bid” under the “Buy My Bid Vouchers” menu. Acceptable mode of payments are via credit/debit card, and online payment processing services such as PayPal and Stripe.
User are responsible for the respective fees. Once a payment was not honoured by the user, he or she shall shoulder the return payment fee. If the user has not yet paid in full the amount in the invoice, including any related fee, Bidbid has the right to block the user's account and temporary hold the delivery until the necessary payment has been made.
AUTO BID:
Auto Bid is one way of placing bid online. By using this method, users can place a bid even if they are not online during the time they placed the bid. Instead, this feature allows users to set the date of bid automatically in advance. However, users are not allowed to use any third-party software unless authorized by Bidbid. FREE BIDS:
Bidbid also offers Free Bids, but are only valid during the time mentioned in the promotion. From time to time, free bids may be offered. Free bids are only valid until the expiration date stated in the promotion, which is typically seven days. Once a bid is placed in an auction, it is deducted from the user's bid account and can no longer be refunded, irrespective of whether or not the bid is successful.
HOW AUCTIONS WORK:
Once a registered user places a bid by clicking the 'Bid Now' button, the user agrees to enter a contract with Bidbid. Each bidding has a countdown timer showing the time left for users to place a bid. This clock resets every time a bid is placed. The bidding time ends once the time reaches to zero. The auction is finished once the last bidder places the bid, as he or she is now considered the winning bidder. For more details on how auctions work, visit our Help Centre.
AWARDING TO THE WINNING BIDDER POLICY:
Once the auction has officially ended, the winning bidder (last bidder) shall go to 'My Bid' (under the 'My Unpaid Auctions') to release the full payment for the bidding price and the required shipping fee as well. The winner shall receive a confirmation email as a proof that Bidbid received the payment, and the item shall be sent to the winner. The amount of the shipping fee and the date of arrival of the item depend on the location of the recipient.
An invoice will be sent to the winner containing the total amount to be paid. The winner should pay all the necessary payments within 21 days after the auction has ended. Otherwise, Bidbid has the right to revoke the right of the user to pay and receive the item. In addition, the winner is obliged to pay for the storage fee for the unclaimed items.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
The winner has the right to cancel an order, return the item, and to receive refunds from Bidbid. For cancellation of order, the winning bidder should inform Bidbid through email or post within 14 days after he was been notified that the item is ready for delivery. Cancellation of orders through phone calls is not allowed and will not be entertained.
The winner has the right to return the item within 14 days after the delivery has been made, as long as the item is still in the original working condition and has no damage whatsoever. The user shall pay for the shipping cost back to Bidbid. Nonetheless, not all items are eligible for return and refund. This includes computer software, and audio or video recordings. If the user will return the item partially or by part, he shall pay for the amount for the missing part (if applicable) and that amount will be deducted from the refund cost.
The winning bidder also has the right to get refunds from Bidbid, after the cancellation process has been completed. The amount to be refunded shall be the same as the final auction price the winner has paid, along with the original delivery cost. However, note that costs that are placed on that auction is not refundable.
DELIVERY:
The Product will be sent to the address provided by the Registered User. The Registered User’s order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
We are able to deliver to any part of the globe, except to the U.S. sovereign territories of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as other restricted areas. Likewise, shipping fees to Alaska or Hawaii may be higher. Bidbid has the right to use any third-party company in order to fulfill its obligations without the need to inform users.
The delivery period is indicated in the auction pages, but this should only serve as a guide and not necessarily the actual time, as it varies depending on the address of the user. If Bidbid is not able to deliver the exact item to the user, a substitute product with similar features (or even better) shall be delivered. Otherwise, the user has the right to cancel the order and is entitled for a refund.
